What does "Domain is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance." mean?

If you request your domain/site in the browser and are redirected to the WebOké site with the following message:

"The domain YOURDOMAIN.XX is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. For more information, you can contact the administrator of the site concerned."

This means that your website/domain name has been suspended. The most common reason is an unpaid invoice. Check this by logging in to mijn.weboke.nl and going to the 'My Invoices' menu. It is also possible that your site was previously suspended because of an unpaid invoice, that you have since paid and that it is still offline. The reason is that a website never comes back online automatically when payment is made afterwards. In those cases, always contact us. A debt collection procedure may already have started, the hosting package may already have been deleted and the domain name released.

Another reason your domain may be suspended is that your site used too many resources, causing the server to become unstable. In that case, however, you would have received a message about it.
